Once your vacation is over, don’t worry: Best Western is letting you travel again with its special Back to School promotion: buy now, pay later!
If you’re a Rewards member, you’ll immediately receive three vouchers for one night for two people (in a double room with breakfast) to use over the next few months, and you can pay directly at the hotel!
Take advantage of the Back to School promotion and stay at the special fixed price of just €89 per night! But hurry, the promotion is only valid from September 1st to 14th!
How it works:
- Fill out the form with your details and receive three vouchers, each with a code for one night for two people in a standard double room with breakfast in Italy.
- Book your stay at Hotel Residence Italia by calling toll-free at 800 177850 at least 7 days before your arrival date, quoting the alphanumeric code and the “Back to School” promotion.
- Present the vouchers at check-in and pay only €89 per night at check-out (excluding tourist taxes and extras).

Terms & Conditions
- You can request the three 1-night “Back to School” vouchers for €89 each only from September 1 to 14, 2026.
- Per Best Western Rewards® and WorldHotels RewardsSM member, only three 1-night vouchers for €89 can be purchased for the special “Back to School” promotion. The automatic voucher issuance system will prevent further requests from the same customer.
- The €89 price refers to a single night of the “Back to School” voucher. The €89 price includes one night for two people in a standard double room with breakfast included at participating hotels in Italy.
- Payment for each night will be made directly at the hotel upon check-out.
The list of participating hotels is subject to change. - Reservations are subject to availability. Since this is a promotional rate, during peak seasons or periods with high occupancy, the hotel may not have rooms available for bookings with the “Back to School” voucher.
- The voucher is personal and non-transferable.
- The 3 nights can be booked individually or consecutively. If booking consecutive nights, the hotel may only have availability for some of the requested nights.
- To confirm your reservation, you will need to provide a credit card as a guarantee to the Best Western Toll-Free Number operator.
- Any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, the “Back to School” voucher will be voided and can no longer be used.
- Acceptance of the “Back to School” voucher by the hotel is guaranteed only if the reservation is made through the Best Western Toll-Free Number using the methods indicated above and quoting the codes on the voucher.
- Extra charges and tourist taxes applicable in certain cities are not included in the “Back to School” voucher: the hotel will charge these amounts at checkout, in accordance with the law.
- Back to School vouchers are valid for stays with check-in by December 31, 2026. Extensions are not possible.
- Back to School vouchers do not earn Rewards points.
